National Food Drive

Greetings friends,

This Saturday, May 9th, is the National Food Drive day. Basically, this Saturday you may leave a bag of non-perishable food items by your mail box and the post office will "deliver" them to the Chattanooga Area Food Bank to "stamp out hunger." Kat let me know about this great opportunity, which is definately, as she said, "not getting any press." So, here I am trying to fight that in my own small way. She called our post office in order to make sure that Chattanooga is a participating city and we are! Yay! Please consider leaving some food for the needy this Saturday.
